The co-founder of Android Andy Rubin is looking to do something special this year. His start-up Essential may announce a smartphone on May 30th, 2017. Essential made the announcement through Twitter that they are going to announce something on May 30. Company clearly mentioned that it is going to be a big one. However they deferred to announce anything more beyond this point. Essential is the new start-up by Andy Rubin and they are looking to make their own place into the market. Many rumours are already suggesting that the start-up is looking to bring a new smartphone.
Some gossips about this smartphone are making the situation very interesting here. People are saying that the launch is going to happen at a time when we may see the model with Android O operating system. However some are not ready to accept this point. They are clearly saying that the first gadget will work with Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. It is tough to mention that on which platform the device is going to work at the time of release. There is one more point which many people are discussing these days. They have the view that this upcoming model may work with a new operating system which will be different from Android. They have the view that Fucshia OS is going to be the part of the device. However there is no specific input for the same at this point of time.
The gadget is expected to have a bezel-free appearance. Andy Rubin showed a device sometime ago through Twitter. However the image is not giving any information about the model. There is a special round attachment in this image which people are interested to check. Some specialists are saying that it can be a 360 degree camera or a special AR which can be different from other premium models.
There were some leaks about an upcoming model. However it is not clear if these leaks belong to Essential new smartphone or not. These leaks suggest that the upcoming device can have a 5.5 inch screen and it can have the resolutions of 2560*1312 pixels. The gadget can have Adreno 540 GPU. Now interestingly this new leak is suggesting that the gadget can have an internal capacity of 16GB. It is not that much sufficient as per the expectations. RAM can be of 4GB. Processor is the integral part. Rumours suggest that the device is expected to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. However there is still some mystery at this point. Primary camera can be of 12MP whereas selfie camera is expected to be 8MP. The leaked documents show that the model may work with Android Nougat operating system and it would be able to record 4K videos.
