Elon Musk has recently announced his plans of sending a rocket to Mars in about a time period of two years. He has also claimed that he will send a manned flight to the planet Mars by the end of 2024. Elon Musk made his announcements at Code Conference that was organised by Recode in California. The CEO of Tesla Motors Elon Musk believes that if everything goes according to the plans, then he will succeed in send the manned flight and the flight will land on Mars by the end of 2025.

Elon Musk believes that cargo deliveries to the red planet can begin much sooner. The CEO is quite confident of the fact that by next two years, we will be able to launch SpaceX Dragon II into the space enroute to Mars by 2018. SpaceX Dragon II is SUV sized pod. What is more astonishing is the fact that Elon Musk even has ambitious aims of colonising the planet of Mars in future.

In another statement related to reality, Elon Musk suggested that Humans might just be a part of something that is not real at all. He added that we could very well be a part of a video game that was created by a civilization way more advanced than what we are. According to Mr. Musk, all of us are a part of a simulation that has been going through for year. This kind of sounds like Age of Empires and the modern day’s Clash of Clans.

According to a statement made by Elon Musk, “Forty years later, we have photorealistic 3D with millions playing [games] simultaneously. We’re clearly on a trajectory that we’re going to have games that are indistinguishable from reality. It would seem to follow that the odds that we’re in base reality is.”
