LG G4 smartphone users should focus on this news, as it has been reported that many users in the European continent have received the official Android 6.0 Marshmallow update.
Earlier in September, there were reports of the Android M’s test update to LG G4 in Poland. Earlier in November first week, LG has already started to send the update package to South Korean G4 handsets (LG-F500K, LG-F500L, and LG-F500S). Poland and South Korea are the major market for the company, hence the quick rollout.
Coming to the European devices, LG is sending the firmware update in a 1.5GB package, and users can download it via LG’s recently launched PC sync app LG Bridge. Currently, only G4 devices with the model number H815 are receiving the update. That doesn’t mean that the other models won’t receive the new firmware.
Most of the users from Germany, Poland, Hungary, Spain, Turkey, Romania, Taiwan and Portugalare receiving the package via LG Bridge, but the folks in the United Kingdom with LG H815 model hasn’t received the Marshmallow update so far.
